Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 3, 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how NemAds collects, uses, and shares information through the NemAds website and the NemAds software platform for law firms. NemAds is being developed as an AI-operated advertising, intake, and signed-case attribution platform. This policy applies to information collected through this website, product demonstrations, waitlist or business inquiries, and any pre-release or production services made available by NemAds.
Privacy questions or requests may be sent to contact@nemads.com.
Information We Collect
We may collect business contact information such as names, law firm names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other information submitted through forms, email, or other communications. We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referrers, and approximate location derived from network information.
If a law firm uses NemAds, we may process advertising, intake, conversion, and related operational data on that customer's behalf, including campaign settings, creative assets, lead or prospect records, call or message metadata, intake responses, contract workflow data, and signed-case outcome signals.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate and improve the website, respond to inquiries, evaluate prospective customer relationships, provide and support the NemAds platform, enforce security and compliance controls, and measure platform performance against customer-defined outcomes. Where applicable, this may include using direct integrations with advertising platforms such as Google Ads to manage campaigns, send conversion signals, and support attribution workflows for customer firms.
How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers and infrastructure vendors that help us host, secure, communicate, or operate the website and platform. We may also share information with advertising, communications, identity, document, intake, or analytics providers when needed to provide the product requested by a customer. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transaction.
NemAds does not currently use the website to sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
Website Data And Customer Data
For the public website, NemAds primarily collects business inquiry information and technical usage data. If a law firm later uses the platform, NemAds may also process customer-provided campaign, intake, document, and conversion data as a software provider.
Customer Data And Platform Roles
When NemAds processes information on behalf of a law firm, the law firm is generally the business responsible for the underlying client-acquisition activity and determines the purposes of that data within the service relationship. NemAds acts as the software provider and processes that information to deliver the contracted platform capabilities, subject to customer instructions, law, and product safeguards.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the website and platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and audit records. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, customer relationship, and legal requirements.
Security
NemAds uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices And Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or appeal a privacy decision. If you are interacting with NemAds through a law firm customer, you should also consider contacting that law firm directly because it may control the relevant data.
Children
The website and platform are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
